How to request deletion
- Send the request from the email address registered with your HRJ Expense Management account.
- Use the subject: HRJ Expense Management – Account Deletion Request
- Mention your registered name and email address.
- Do not provide your password, OTP, banking credentials, card details or UPI PIN.

- Eligible personal information linked to the account
- Uploaded content that can be removed without affecting the legitimate records of other group members

- Security and fraud-prevention records

- Limited-period backup records
- Group expense and settlement information involving other users where deletion would affect their records
Processing of requests
HRJ Digital Solution may verify the identity of the requester before processing deletion. Valid requests will be handled within a reasonable period and according to applicable law.
