Support communications

Promotional communications are separate from essential OTP, security, password-reset and service-related communications.

Authorised group members

Names, expenses, allocations, balances, settlements and related group activity may be visible to authorised members of the same group according to their roles and permissions.

Opt4Solution Private Limited, through VRSamadhan Tech, may process limited application information while providing:

• Backup and disaster recovery

Other service providers

Trusted providers may process limited data for email, OTP, notification delivery, infrastructure, security, backup, analytics and support services.

Business or promotional partners

Limited contact or account information may be shared with selected partners only where the user has provided appropriate consent, the sharing has been clearly disclosed, the sharing is required to provide a requested service, or it is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Private expense descriptions, individual balances, settlements, receipts and group transaction records will not be shared with promotional partners merely for advertising without an appropriate legal basis and clear notice.

Legal and security requirements

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse or fraud, enforce policies, or complete a lawful business transfer.
